YOGA WITH JADE
A space to move, think, connect and become.
About
I don’t think wellbeing is something we achieve. I think it’s something we practise.
I’m Jade — a yoga teacher, writer and the founder of Found Flow, part of The Aligned Collective.
I’ve always been curious about people: what makes us feel alive, what shapes us, how we change, and what makes a life feel like a good one.
My own journey has been a process of exploring those questions — through yoga, writing, books, creativity, relationships and, perhaps most importantly, learning to listen more closely to my own voice.
Yoga became one of the ways I found my way back to myself. What began as a physical practice became something much more expansive: a way of paying attention, creating space and becoming more connected to the person I am and the life I want to live.
But I’ve also found that some of the most meaningful moments of growth don’t happen on a yoga mat. They happen in books, in conversations, in creative spaces, around a table with people who make us think differently, or in those quiet moments when something suddenly clicks into place.
And sometimes, let’s be honest, wellbeing is just going for a walk, having a really good meal, calling your best friend or deciding that whatever needs doing can probably wait until tomorrow.
That’s what Found Flow is about.
It’s a space to move, think, connect and become.
Alongside yoga, you’ll find book clubs, workshops, conversations and experiences exploring wellbeing, identity, creativity and what it means to live a life that feels genuinely your own.
I don’t believe we need to constantly fix or improve ourselves. I believe we’re all becoming — and that there is something wonderful about having a community around us while we do it.
There will be thoughtful conversations. There will be movement. There will probably be books. There may be the occasional existential crisis. And hopefully, quite a lot of laughing.
Found Flow is my invitation to slow down, get curious and make space for the things that make life feel richer — without taking ourselves too seriously along the way.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Honestly, who does?
Come to move. Come to think. Come to meet people. Come to discover something new.
Come as you are.
We’re all finding our flow.
